After sales support

We always give quick response to customers' request and complain.

The technology of HOWO trucks comes from Europe, mainly STEYR and VOLVO.

Most of the trucks we're selling in the Market are Euro II emission standard, which is featured by mechanical

injection pump and manual transmission. It is easy to operate and maintain.

A driver who can drive a truck can drive HOWO trucks.

And according to our experience, our trucks can be serviced by your local mechnics. As long as you have spare

parts, local mechnics can resolve most of the problems.

We would send our mechanics to Client's site, at clients' request, to assist clients' service team to resolve

problems occur in use of the trucks.

If the purchase quantity is more than 20 units, at clients' request, we could send resident service engineers/

mechanics to clients' fleet, at customers' expense.

Spare parts

When you order the trucks, we suggest you order some spare parts as well for maintenance and repair.

We would prepare a list of replaceable parts and wear components for effective operating conditions and service

for the trucks for 6 ~12 months. And you select and buy.

Then when we ship the trucks, we could send the spare parts along with the trucks.

As HOWO trucks are gaining more and more shares in the markets, the spare parts are available locally now.

For some parts requests, please contact us freely. Adequate stock of general wearing parts is always  available

from our warehouse in China whenever you need.

We would help to identify and send you quotation accordingly.

Normally the spare parts you ordered would be shipped by sea.

Sometimes, for those parts in urgent need, you could ship via express courier, like DHL, TNT, etc. The price is still

acceptable.
